WORKING WITH EMOTIONS

Working with emotions with Venerable Sangye Khadro
The most practical reason for wanting to do this job is, first of all, because it will make us more happy – and we know we want to be happy! And second, it’ll make it easier to live with other people.
Based on her very extensive study and practice of Buddhism, Venerable Sangye Khadro will guide us into doing that essential work, the heart of Buddhism. It is a wonderful opportunity to hear the wisdom of buddhism expressed in her simple yet very deep and meaningful words.
With these teachings we explore attention to the present moment, develop kindness towards ourselves and others, adopt a non-judgmental attitude and become aware of our usual attitude of aversion and anxiety giving rise to most of our daily problems.
